There should never be an instance where someone is made to feel excluded or not treated equally. At GA Telesis, we take diversity and inclusion very seriously. As our Guiding Principles make clear, our “Intelligent Culture” is about building and maintaining an atmosphere that fosters teamwork and inclusion. Our “Intelligent Culture” is a celebration of success where individuals of any ethnicity, nationality, culture, gender, sexual orientation, gender identity, religion, physical ability–or other attributes that make a person unique–have the opportunity to shine based on their performance and contribution to the company.

We initiate and create practices, policies, and systems to set examples for our industry and use our influence to garner support from our peer companies. We know action will institute change, and we don’t plan on waiting around for someone else to take the lead. In a nutshell, we understand that our collective diversity at GA Telesis is our strength and will ultimately lead to the best-integrated solutions for our customers and partners. They say success comes in many shapes and forms. At GA Telesis, it also comes in varying ethnicities, nationalities, cultures, genders, sexual orientations, gender identities, religions, and physical abilities.

At GA Telesis – we are committed to – using less energy and becoming more efficient. We are steadfast in our approach towards initiating projects and implementing higher standards in an effort to protect the environment. In addition, we are members of AFRA and adhere to their guidelines as it relates to aircraft recycling. In fact, over the past two decades, GA Telesis has recycled thousands of tons of metals in accordance with the highest international standards. We have set a target and are taking a leadership position in reducing our carbon footprint and it is our goal to eventually become carbon neutral. In addition, aerospace manufacturers are designing aircraft and engines to become more efficient by using less energy, producing less noise and lowering emission levels with a goal of becoming carbon neutral by 2050.

GA Telesis believes that strong companies build strong communities and we are committed to giving back. Each of our offices has a relationship with a local charity and throughout the year we participate in clothing, food, and supply drives, volunteer for aftercare programs, participate in lunch services, and more. In addition, we completed a renovation project on a foster care home for Kids in Distress. Partnerships have included the Make-a-Wish Foundation of Southern Florida, Kids in Distress, Denver Children’s Hospital, The Broward Partnership for the Homeless, the Ronald McDonald House, and St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital.

2023 Diversity

We celebrate the many multicultural elements that make GA Telesis a special place to work. Our CEO and Founder, Abdol Moabery, a first-generation Iranian American and US Navy Veteran who achieved entrepreneurial success, believes that a diverse and inclusive team can accomplish extraordinary achievements. From the early days of the Company, emphasis has been placed on attracting and retaining the top talent that mirrors the globally diverse aviation customers.

While it is often said that employees are a company’s greatest asset, at GA Telesis, our team members are the engine that fuels the business’s success. GA Telesis team members have created a work environment where there is a strong sense of belonging and appreciation. As the Company continues to focus on attaining further triumphs, the emphasis will remain on respect and appreciation of the team members’ many diverse experiences. Like an airplane with thousands of different components working together to take off successfully from the ground and reach its landing destination in a short time, the team members’ many diverse talents have propelled GA Telesis to be an essential business to global aviation.
