GA Telesis Appoints Alvin Khoo as Senior Vice President & Chief Investment Officer

Ft. Lauderdale, FL – GA Telesis has announced the appointment of Alvin Khoo as Sr. Vice President and Chief Investment Officer. Reporting to the CEO, Alvin will oversee financial planning and analysis for all global operations as well as corporate development, mergers and acquisitions, acquisition integration, managing and developing additional banking, and capital markets relationships and other strategic projects. His appointment is effective as of February.
“Alvin brings an incredible breadth of corporate development, banking, and capital markets experience to GA Telesis,” stated Abdol Moabery, President & CEO of GA Telesis. “He will be instrumental in the execution of our exponential growth strategy,” he added.
Alvin was most recently a Managing Director at SkyWorks Capital leading its corporate finance and restructuring advisory efforts. Prior to SkyWorks Capital, Alvin held various positions at JPMorgan for more than eight years in investment banking where he was responsible for the origination and execution of transactions in the aviation, aerospace, and aircraft leasing sectors. Alvin received his BA from Trinity College in Connecticut.
