GA Telesis Appoints Randall Green as Senior Vice President & General Counsel

Ft. Lauderdale, FL – GA Telesis has appointed Randall Green as Senior Vice President and General Counsel. Randall will be responsible for all legal aspects of all global operations and divisions of GA Telesis.
“Randall brings an incredible breadth of knowledge and experience to GA Telesis,” stated Abdol Moabery, President & CEO of GA Telesis. “With over three decades of experience in law and finance, including 23 years of dedicated aviation experience including legal, contracts, and management roles at Boeing and Pratt & Whitney, there is no one more suited for the job,” he added.
After working at Pratt & Whitney and its parent company (United Technologies), Randall started his own firm in 2006. Randall’s last position at United Technologies was Deputy General Counsel of UT Finance Corp. (P&W’s financing arm). Prior to that, he held legal positions at P&W Power Systems and P&W Large Commercial Engines. He also served as the President and GM of P&W/UT’s operation in Japan (qualifying him as both a lawyer and a salesman). Prior to joining P&W/UT, Randall worked at The Boeing Company.
Randall received his BS in Business Administration from the University of Missouri, his JD from Harvard Law School, and his LLM from the University of London.
