January 5, 2026 — Fort Lauderdale, FLGA Telesis, LLC (“GAT”), a global leader in commercial aviation and aerospace solutions, today announced the appointment of Elias Dimitiri as Vice President of Flight Solutions Group for Sub-Saharan Africa, effective January 5, 2026. This expansion marks GA Telesis’ sixth global operating region and represents a deliberate step in the company’s strategy to build the world’s largest and most integrated independent aviation aftermarket parts and services network. The appointment represents the initial phase of a broader plan to establish full operating and distribution capabilities across the African continent.

His background includes playing a pivotal role in the growth and global competitiveness of Ethiopian Airlines, along with extensive technical experience supporting component maintenance, testing, calibration, and seamless entry into service for new aircraft across diverse fleets.

In his role, Dimitiri will lead GA Telesis’ Flight Solutions Group expansion across Sub-Saharan Africa, developing the foundation for scalable regional operations while strengthening access to independent aftermarket supply chain solutions for airline and MRO customers.
