GA Telesis, LLC Acquires Component FAA/EASA Approved MRO Facility and Re-brands it as GA Telesis Component Repair Group (CRG) Southwest

Ft. Lauderdale, FL – GA Telesis, LLC (“GAT”), today announced the conclusion of its acquisition of AM Trading, Inc and AM Repair, Inc., a Tucson, Arizona-based component MRO (“AMT” or the “GAT CRG”).
AMT is located at Tucson International Airport in a 65,000 square-foot facility. The Company supports the repair and manufacture of Bombardier, Airbus, Boeing, Douglas and Embraer components, including hydraulics, waste systems, fire detection, oxygen systems, avionics, NDT, and composites. The Company currently maintains the highest level of quality with its AS9100 organizational accreditation which is consistent with GAT’s standards.
AMT will be re-branded as GA Telesis Component Repair Group Southwest in the coming months and will be integrated into the GA Telesis global commercial aerospace support strategy. This newest member of the GAT aviation-support group will be headed by Micah Chapman, the current General Manager and co-founder.
