GA Telesis Provides over $32,000 in Charitable Gifts to Kids in Distress and His House Children’s Home and the Noely V. Tovar Charitable Trust.

Ft. Lauderdale, FL – GA Telesis, LLC announced that in a concerted effort with its partners, vendors, customers, employees and families, it has raised over $22,000 for the His House Children’s Home (Miami) and Kids In Distress (Ft. Lauderdale). GA Telesis has also raised an additional $10,000 for the Noely V. Tovar Charitable Education Trust.
“Supporting those less fortunate in our local community is more than corporate responsibility, it is a pillar in our foundation,” said Abdol Moabery, President and CEO of GA Telesis.
His House Children’s Home is a non-profit organization established in 1989 for the purpose of providing a safe, temporary home for children who have been abused, neglected or exposed to drugs or whose parents are in crisis. His House has two fundamental purposes: to protect children who are placed by the state and to prevent the abuse of those who are voluntarily placed by parents. The agency is licensed and sponsored by the Florida Department of Children and Families. Funding is provided mostly from private donations.
Kids In Distress is a community-supported agency providing services for the prevention and treatment of child abuse in South Florida. KID’s programs offer a continuum of care and essential services to child victims and children and families at risk for abuse and neglect.
