HALO AirFinance Closes Financing for Two (2) PW1900 Engines Supporting Royal Jordanian Airlines

July 15, 2025 – Fort Lauderdale, Florida; Tokyo, Japan –  HALO AirFinance (“HALO”), a joint venture between GA Telesis, LLC (“GAT”) and Tokyo Century Corporation (“TC”), announced the successful closing of two (2) senior secured loans to Royal Jordanian Airlines (“Royal Jordanian”) for their acquisition of two (2) newly delivered Pratt & Whitney PW1900 spare engines. The transaction was structured as two (2) senior term loans and marks another milestone for HALO as it continues to deliver customized financing solutions to airlines and lessors across the globe.
